Our fully equipped studio uses the full spectrum of state-of-the-art Balanced Body Pilates apparatus. Sessions are tailored to your body by our hand-picked team of experienced, comprehensively trained Pilates instructors.
FULLY EQUIPPED STUDIO
Studio 1 features all the traditional Pilates apparatus including the Reformer, Cadillac (Trapeze table), Tower, Ladder Barrel, Chair and Spine Correctors. The equipment is spring-loaded to create resistance or assistance depending on what support or challenge the body needs or requires.

Precision-focused workouts tailored to your body and your goals ensureStrengthen, lengthen, isolate, target, rehabilitate, rebuild, challenge and connect with your body using the support or resistance of the Pilates equipment. use specific equipment and exercises to target, strengthen and support your body as you rebuild and recover.
PRIVATE TUITION
Our private studio is reserved solely for 1-1
and duet sessions. Tailor-made to your body with the full attention and focus of your experienced instructor, hands-on corrections ensure you gain confidence knowing you’re kept safe whilst ensuring every session takes you one step closer towards your goals.
INJURY REHABiLITATION
Equipment-based Pilates with an experienced instructor is a proven and safe way to rehabilitate injuries. We'll liase with your physio, consultant or medical professional to ensure a multi disciplined approach to your rehabilitation and recovery.
