Jemma U

Pilates Instructor 

Jemma completed her comprehensive Pilates training in 2017 through Balanced Body and was an apprentice teacher throughout her training programme.  She worked in a classical-based Pilates studio in Marylebone and intertwines the classical method and repertoire into her teaching style today. 


Jemma has a passion for holistic health and well-being, and is also a qualified mind-body practitioner and is currently studying for a degree in Nutritional therapy.  Her aim with each class is to help you create resilience in your body, and release stress and tension.
