Pilates Instructor 

Millie’s Pilates journey started in lockdown - when gyms closed, she started doing online Pilates and hasn’t looked back since. Millie started her career in Psychology, working in the NHS with children. After experiencing the difficulties of this line of work, Millie decided to train as an instructor and start a new career.

 

Millie’s teaching style combines her psychology experience with her Pilates experience. She has a calm and encouraging approach to her teaching and is a strong believer in the link between the mind and the body and how both need to be strong to function well, so her sessions will often include breathwork. You’ll leave Millie’s sessions feeling relaxed at the same time as feeling like you’ve worked all parts of your body
