Pilates Instructor
Growing up as a ballet dancer, Megan has always had a strong love of movement and a fascination with the body’s structure and function. She has been doing Pilates for over 15 years as a way of conditioning alongside her professional dance career.
Megan began her teaching journey as a dance instructor, where she fell in love with sharing her passion and knowledge with others. Adding to her teaching repertoire, she became certified in barre in 2020 followed by reformer Pilates.
Megan has a very holistic perspective on health and wellness, having also studied nutrition, and believes Pilates is the most important type of movement to incorporate into daily life for optimum physical and mental wellbeing.
