Rocio H

Pilates Instructor 

Rocio started practicing Pilates in 2010 when a friend suggested she join her in a class. Little did Rocio know that she would go on to dedicate herself to Pilates soon after her first class. Rocio's background is in History of Art, but Pilates and how the body moves is her passion. 

Over the past 10 years, Rocio has not stopped pursing her Pilates education. Rocio has put in a huge number of hours studying, training, and teaching.  She received her first certification with Stott Pilates in 2015, but then became hooked on body alignment and movement and ended up training with Shari Berkowitz, a Biomechanist, Ergonomist and expert Pilates Teacher of Teachers. Rocio has learned an exceptional Pilates method and body movement techniques with her.

In her free time Rocio loves travelling and hiking. London is not the most appropriate place for hiking, so she makes the most of the parks and outdoor spaces to maintain her contact with nature whilst dreaming of more hills and wilderness!
